Ah, the weather outside's delightful . . .

After playing frisbee in driving snow ten days ago,

I had to struggle through ice, snow and freezing rain this morning to get to work.  why can't the extremes of temperature go the OTHER WAY?  Fifteen degrees below average in July/August, fifteen above in December.  Who's in charge here ?!?!

Blood "spot"

Tomorrow  is the WFMY-News 2 Blood Drive, and I have been asked to come do a brief on-air cut-in (or some such), at 7:45 am.  Which means I should be there by about 7:30.  That's fine, but they are predicting a low temperature tomorrow morning of 14-16 degrees !! As in comedy, I guess it's all in the timing!!    (;->>   What we will do for a good cause !
